Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon, to Joseph Smith of Stratford, ironmonger, of a messuage in his own tenure in the High Street between a messuage of John Lacy on the south and a messuage in the tenure of Robert Fawdon on the north for 51 years for a fine of £40 and a yearly rent of 20 shillings and a couple of fat capons.
