Conveyance by John Lord of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker, to John Woolmer, senior, of the same, gent., and William Baker of the same, gent., of a messuage, bakehouse, etc. in Stratford in 'Walkers street or the Chappell Lane' at the lower end near the waterside and in his own tenure; in trust to his own use for life and at his death to the use of Mary Jackson, his intended wife, for life, with remainder to the heirs of their bodies or in default to his own right heirs.
