Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon to Thomas Rawlins of Stratford, serjeant at law (on the surrender of a former lease granted to William Edwards and Giles Edwards his son) of a messuage, etc. in Stratford in Church Street in the tenure of Mary Dide, widow, and William Dide, for 41 years at a yearly rent of 20 shillings and a couple of capons to the Mayor with a fine of £20.
