Conveyance by Edward Owen of Clifford Chambers, co. Glouc., gent., and Michael Goodrich of Snitterfield, gent., to William Baker of Stratford-upon-Avon, brasier, for £110, of a messuage etc. in Stratford in the High Street between a tenement now or late in the tenure of Philip Wilkins, flax-dresser, and a tenement heretofore belonging to the Guild in Stratford and now or late in the tenure of William Hunt, woollen-draper; the said messuage having formerly been divided into two 'habitations' (one in the tenure of John Aynge, butcher, and the other in the tenure of John Shakle and a shop thereto belonging in the tenure of the said William Baker) and having been purchased by Arthur Goodrich, great-grandfather of the said Michael from William Clopton of Clopton, esq.
