Lease for a year from Edward Owen of Clifford Chambers, co. Glouc., gent., and Michael Goodrich of Snitterfield gent., to William Baker of Stratford-upon-Avon, brasier, of a messuage in Stratford in the High Street, between a tenement in the possession of Philip Wilkins, flaxdresser, and a tenement formerly belonging to the Guild, in the possession of William Hunt, woollen draper; which said messuage was formerly divided into two habitations in the tenure of John Ainge, butcher, and John Shakle and was purchased by Arthur Goodrich, great-grandfather of the said Michael Goodrich, from William Clopton of Clopton, esq.
