Release by William Shaw of Warwick, 'sadler', son and heir of Julie Shaw, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, deceased, to Richard Bonner of Alderminster, co. Worc., yeoman, son of Thomas Bonner, deceased, for £5 of a messuage with bakehouse, garden, etc., in Stratford in 'Walker streete or the Chappell Lane, neere the waterside', late in the tenure of Edward Lord, baker, and now in that of John Lord his son and formerly divided into two tenements.

 

Witnesses: Thomas Horne, William Gibson, Corbits Byhill, Thomas Stratford, Job Murcott, Edward Elderton.
