Lease from Anne Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, to Henry Tomlins of the same, ironmonger, of a messuage in Stratford, in Wood Street (reserving to the said Anne and her servants four rooms on the west of the entry, with ingress and regress, etc.) for 10 years, at a yearly rent of £12, with £2.10s. 0d additional for the excepted rooms if vacated by the said Anne during the term.
