Demise by Will. Bennet, vicar, to Joh. Talontes, goldsmith, and Joh. Farmour, clerk, in return for 20 marks' fine, of Trinity Vicarage, a close or pasture called S. Nicholas' Church-yard, and another messuage with a garden called "Saynete Margetts Chapell," with all tithes and oblations for 7 years, at a rent of £6 13s.4d. a year. Talontes and Farmour agree to find and pay at their own cost a curate to serve the cure in discharge of Bennet.
