Walgrave of all his title and interest in all lands, tenements, etc., in the counties of Coventry, Warw. and Leic., wherein he (Hardy) was enfeoffed jointly with Rob. Umfrey, Ric. Sampson, Joh. fforde, dyers, now deceased, by Laur. Walgrave, dyer, son of Laur. Walgrave, "honyman," deceased, by a feoffment dated Feb. 2, 1 Hen. VII (1485-5) for the use of the first-named Laurence.
