(one of the parties in this and of an undertaking to spend £200 in repairs, of a messuage on the corner of Cross Cheaping and West Orchard, now in occupation of said Thomas Shaw, jun., and late in that of Messrs. Edw. and German Buxton, for ? years at £24 rent.
