Eld, baker, Tho. Greenwood, tanner, Ezek. Kendrick, gent., Will. Freeman, son., baker, Jos. Cram, skinner, Will. Roberts, butcher, of a tenement in Well Street (see DR429/290), late in occupation of Dan. Hunt, and since of Mr. Rickard, and now in that of Will. Brooklyn, for 1 year from Michaelmas, 1749, at a peppercorn rent.
