Ind. tripartite betw. Tho. Sarginson, citizen and mercer, London, of the first part, Joh. Cruchloe, draper, and Benj. Willington, of Daventry, mercer, of the 2nd, and Hen. Lightborow, weaver and clothier, and Mary, his wife, of the 3rd, whereby Tho. Sarginson, for £70 given him by Hen. Lightborow, grants to him and his wife the messuage with cow-house and appurtenances, known as the Stone-house on n. side of ell Street for ever. The remaining parties release all their title in the messuage to present grantees.
