Grant of the same to the same in consideration of £100, citing indenture Sept. 10, 1681, between Nat. Harryman and others, Feoffees, and Ric. Hopkyns, wherein the tenement, etc., at Brinklow was granted to Ric. Hopkyns for ever with the proviso that should the feoffees pay £135 by a certain date the indenture should be void. Default having been made in £100, the property became legally vested in Ric. Hopkins.
