Lease from Joh. Cruchlow, draper, and Joh. Woolrich, sen., mercer, to Joh. Catternes, tyler, and Will. Robinson, carpenter, of the "Ston-house" in ell Street, between messuages of Mr. Moh. Murdock and of Mary Sargenson, spinster, which premises were formerly property of Tho. Sargenson, deceased, father of Mary aforesaid, for 17 years, or if the heir of Joh. Sargenson, late of Canterbury, clerk, and son of Thomas aforesaid be under age, unto such time as such heir shall be of full age, for 27s. 6d. the first year and 55s. a year during the remaining term, the materials lately belonging to the building, which lie scattered since it fell down (2 marble stones excepted) to the use of the tenant, who may also pull down 2 bays, one called the "Back-kitchen" and the other over the "old Sellar," the better to erect a new "shore" and to put messuage, now ruinous, in repair, and to make a wall separating the garner or uppermost room of the messuage, from that of the messuage in occupation of Srs. Blithe and in possession of Mary Sargenson. Seals of lessess.
