Sale, following an indenture of lease for 3 months in consideration of 12d. and a rent of a peppercorn, by feoffees and chw. (DR429/233) to Jos. Chambers, alderman, for £26 12s. 4d., of 2 tenements on s. side of Gosford Street - one occupied by Tho. Porter and previously by Geo. Wilkinson - and another lately by Fr. Saunders.
