Lease from feoffees (see DR429/205, omitting Pat. Smyth, Hen. Horne, Will. Greene) to Frances Davenport, widow, in consideration of £42 10s. of a tenement in West Orchard, a corner-house near the Cunduit, with "standers," for 21 years from 1666, for forty shillings' rent.
