Feoffment by Tho. Potter, Ric. Murdock, Joh. Lyndon, Sam. Williams, the last two former churchwardens, and Will. Judd to Nic. Rowney, mayor. Chr. Davenport, Hum. Burton and others, parishioners, of a tenement in West Orchard, in successive occupations of Rob. Swan, tiler, and Joh. Jeffry, and of a tenement in Cook Street, in successive occupations of Rob. Bagnall, deceased, and of Hen. Million, alderman, and of a messuage in Goeford Street, in occupation of Margery Copestake, formerly, and now of Geo. Copestake, silk weaver, and of another messuage in Cook Street, in successive occupations of Tho. Kimberley and Eliz. Ashmore, which tenements, etc., were conveyed to them jointly with Vincent Hewitt, Martin Bouth and other trustees, now dead, by an Indenture dated 14 Jas.I.
