Hewitt, Fr. Wright, Nic. Rowney, Edw. Burbery, Nat. Barnard, Nat. Smyth, Will. Turberville, Sam. Wheate, Tho. Sargenson, Will. Grascombe, Pet. Baxter, Tho. Grascombe, Sam. Snell, Edw. Collyns, the grantees, being surviving feoffees - Chr. Davenport, Nic. Joynor, Ric. Warren, Ric. Barker, Joh. Thomas, Sam. Roe, and Joh. Herring, jun., being dead - of lands etc., belonging to Trinity Church in Brinklow, Allesley, Coundon, Horwell, Asthull, Gosford Street, Earl Street, Smithford Street, Shuckmore, Darby Lane, and a yearly rent of 3s. 4d., conveyed to them (Apr. 3, 8 Jas. I.) by Hen. Sewell, Joh. Herring, Chr. Warren, Ral. Downes, to whom King James I., by his letters patents (6 Dec., 8 Jas.I.), had confirmed the same.
