Lease for 31 years on the life of Basil Feilding of Newnham esq., from the latter to his son, William, 1st Earl of Denbigh, of the manor of Newnham Paddox, the rectory of Wibtoft, a cottage in Claybrooke and all other hereditaments of Basil in Pailton and elsewhere in Monks Kirby, Willey, and Shilton, Warks.; the manor and advowson of Martinsthorpe, hereditaments in Manton and Edston [?Egleton] and land in Ridlington Field, all in Co. Rutland; the manor of Lutterworth, lands in Misterton and a cottage in Kilworth, Leics. and all other hereditaments of Basil in Warks., Leics. and Rutlandshire except the mansion house of Newnham and certain closes nearby.

 

With a schedule of Basil's debts which the Earlhad agreed to discharge.
