Settlement of the real estates of Basil, 6th Earl of Denbigh in Leics. and Warwicks. by lease and release from Basil Earl of Denbigh and Viscount Feilding to William Bulkeley of Chelsea College, Middlesex, esq. andMatthew Robert Arnott of S. Audley St., Middx. esq. and by an agreement as to trusts anduses by these parties and Joseph Cradock of Gumley, Leics. esq. and Thomas Farnham of Quorndon Leics., esq.; This concerns the messuage now of William Hull and certain closes at East Norton, Leics., lands and tenements in Claybrooke, the manor of Lutterworth and numerous lands there and in Claybrooke, the manor of Monks Kirby and lands in Street Ashton, Newnham Paddox and Brockhurst; property in Pailton, Wibtoft, Little Walton, and Willey; the tithes of hamlets of Wigston, Ullesthorpe and Bittesby all in Claybrooke and all other hereditaments described in a lease and release of 1-2 April 1757 being the marriage settlement of the 6th Earl and Mary Cotton, 23rd December.

 

With an endorsement of 19th Feb. 1788 by which the Earl released to William Bulkeley and M.R. Arnott, certain messuages in Ely Lane, Hog Lane and in the vicinity of the Market Place in Lutterworth and lands in certain fields there.
