The Committee consisted of representatives from the North-Eastern Coast Association, the Border Counties Association and the Hull Association. Meetings were held, generally, at Bolbec Hall, Newcastle.

 

It would appear that the main aims of the committee were to uphold the recommendations of the Engineering Employers Federation. It served as a means of the Federation to keep in closer touch with the local association
