Colour photograph of the presentation by Colonel P.H.Marzetti, Commandant School of Transportation, Aldershot, of a certificate for completing Traffic Operator Class 3 Course No.25, to Private Wanda Boswell, Women's Royal Army Corps (WRAC), the first member of WRAC to attend such a course. Fellow students (not named) are also present.
