Note: This document appears to have been used at some time in the binding of a book, as there are regular folds and needle holes in it, and some traces of cord remaining. The document was marked Ep 1/6, but it seems unlikely that it had any connection with the present Ep 1/6, which is not a bound volume. It was found with Cap/1/17, although it seems that it was not with this group when C. E. Welch made a rough catalogue of the documents in the early 1960s. It has been included in Cap/I/17, which is probably its place, since the Dean and Chapter did hold land in the area of Buckinghamshire mentioned.
