By (a) Robert Whyte, citizen of Chichester, to (b) Mr. John Waynflete, Dean, and the Chapter of Chichester.

 

Tenement with adjoining garden in West St., Chichester, between the highway to the West, the tenement late of Robert Coteler to the East, the garden of the Principal and Vicars to the North, and the highway to the South which (a) lately had of the gift of Roger Rudby and John Myddleton.

 

Witnesses: Robert More, mayor of Chichester, Thomas Cresweller, Thomas Parker, Henry Eyre, William Marchall.

 

Endorsed: Of the house in West St., in which Brynhyrste lately lived.
