In the principal chamber of the palace of the Bishop of Chichester, before Walter, public notary, Masters John de Mitford, canon of Chichester, William de Fysshebourne, canon of the collegiate church of Bosham, Thomas de Chaderleigh, rector of Pycoumbe, and Sirs William de Brinmeby, William de Langeton, Robert de Aumble., rectors of Fordes iuxta Arundel, Rademelde and Esturgate, there appeared in person Master Henry de Garlandia, dean of Chichester, Nigel de Wavere, William de Estdene, John de Claxstone and Sir William de Aumble, canons of Chichester, being the Chapter of Chichester, and presented to Bishop John of Chichester, Sir John de Bereforde, Chaplain for the church of Slinfold, vacant and in the Bishop's collation.

To the which presentation the Bishop agreed, saving the 12 marks pension due to the Dean and Chapter.
