By (a) William of Bracklesham, Dean of Chichester, to (b) the church of the Holy Trinity and the Chapter, Chichester, to augment (a)'s anniversary.

3s. annual rent paid on the Feast of St. Michael by the rector or chaplain of the chapel of Lerdytone, from 2½ acres which lie outside the north gate of the said rectory. 2s. annual rent which (a) had by gift of John de Traci, knight, lord of Lerdyton, which (b) had been bound to pay the said John.
