Description:

Between (a) Humfrey Fresteng and (b) the Chapter of Chichester on the presentation to the chapel of Cudlow. Agreed that (a) should present to (b) and (b) should accept a fit person and present him to the bishop. The person thus presented is to pay (b) 14s. for the tithes of (a)'s demesne, in half yearly portions, and to swear fealty to (b)
