To be held for lives of William Perkins and Martha Morgan, daughter of John Morgan formerly of the Comb in Dore, yeoman

 

Recites grant of above property 18 Jan 1759, to William Perkins and wife Elizabeth for lives of Susanna Perkins, widow, the said William Perkins, then aged about 43 years, and Martha Morgan, then aged about 2 years. William and Elizabeth Perkins surrendered it 5 Dec 1776 to be granted to John and Richard Morgan.

 

Annual rent 2s 10½d. Heriot 40s.
