Plans submitted to Hastings Rural District Council for the Bachelors Bump area of Guestling which was taken into the Hastings County Borough in 1938. The house numbers or addresses in square brackets were added to the plans later, as many had no numbers when they were built. References in round brackets are those previously given to the plans by Battle Rural District Council (eg 28) and those subsequently given by Hastings Borough Council (G 1-32) after the expansion of the Borough. Some of these properties are indexed with these numbers on the index cards (DH/C 5/2).
