These plans relate to for the bulk of the parish of Hollington Rural which was absorbed by Hastings County Borough Council in 1938. The house numbers or addresses in square brackets were added to the plans later, as many had no numbers when they were built. References in round brackets are those previously given to the plans by Battle Rural District Council (eg 29/30) and those subsequently given by Hastings Borough Council (H 1-42) after the expansion of the Borough.
