Description:

Plans submitted to Hastings RSA for areas which were taken into the Borough of Hastings by the boundary change of 1897, namely the part of St Leonards which became St Matthew Silverhill and the part of Ore which became St Helen Hastings. The plans have been listed in the order in which they were numbered by the Authority. The numbering began again after the Rural Sanitary Authority became a Rural District in 1895.
