By the Hon. WILLIAM ASHBURNHAM to JOHN ASHBURNHAM of Ashburnham, esq., of the manor of Penhurst, a tenement called Levetts, parcel of the said manor, 1 messuage, barn, garden and 168 ac. of land &c. late in the occupation of Richard Freind and 40 ac. of wood in Penhurst

 

Also 10 ac. of coppice land called Cobly; the Advowsons of the parish churches of Penhurst and Nendfeild and all other the lands &c. of the said Wm. Ashburnham late purchased of Sir Thos. Dyke and Sarah Dyke, spinster

 

Also a messuage and lands late of Wm. Buck, citizen and black smith of London, called the Knoll, Perriers croft and the Hames containing 23 ac. of land, 3 ac. of meadow and 11 ac. of wood in Penhurst and Ashburnham, theretofore in the occupation of Thos. Highland (bounds given)

 

Also 20 ac. called Crowchers in Catesfeild and marshlands called Southleas
