Between JOANE BUSBRIDGE then of Crowhurst and late of Cattesfeild, widow, and the Hon. WILLIAM ASHBURNHAM to declare the trust of the Equity of Redemption in a customary messuage or tenement and lands called Twines and Jaspers containing 90 ac. in Crowhurst, to which the said Joane was admitted at a Court Baron for the manor of Crowhurst on 28 June then last past on purchase from George Barker, gent., and which at the same Court the conditionally surrendered to the use of the said Geo.
