Dyke, knt. decd., to JOAN BUSBRIDGE, widow, of a moiety of the timber, under wood and woodlands, parcel of the manor of Ittington in Mountfeild and Battell, and a moiety of the timber, underwoods and woodlands, parcel of a messuage and Forge lands called Woodsdale in Mountfeild and Battell, and of Hucksteep and Hucksteep woods in Mountfeild and Battell

 

Also of a moiety of the timber and underwood of a messuage and farm called Darvoll gate farm, Callice woods and the Furnace lands in Mountfeild, the several parcels containing 900 ac. Term, 50 years, if the said Joane should so long live; rent £160 yearly. Signature Katherin Dyke, tag for seal
