Between JOHN BAKER of Dallington, yeoman, and ELIZABETH his wife, lately called Elizabeth Williams of Dallington, spinster of the 1st part, JOHN PLUMMER and HENRY WOOD of Ashburnham, yeoman, of the 2nd part, and JAMES MANNSER and KATHERINE his wife of the 3rd part, whereby the said John Baker and Elizabeth (by appointment of the said John Plummer) assign and the said James Mannser and Katherine confirm to the said Henry Wood a mortgage term created by deed of 15 July, 21 Chas.
