Between RICHARD BARLEY of Dover, co. Kent, mercer, of the 1st part, NICHOLAS DELVES of Camberwell, co. Surrey, esq. of the 2nd part and ANTHONY BOWYER of the Inner Temple, London of the 3rd part, of a Moiety of the two manors of Hasting and Cullington, with lands &c. in Hastings, Boxhill, Hollington and Farleigh, co. Sussex, which said premises were mortgaged by deed of 8 May, 1673, by the said Richard Barley to the said Nichs. Delves and in consideration of £50 paid by the said Anthony Bowyer. Signatures, Richd.
