Kent, gent., by way of settlement on Elianor, wife of the said Arthur Amherst and Jeffery Amherst his eldest son - in consideration that the said Elianor and Sara Tresse, sister of the said Elianor, should acknowledge a Fine to Nicholas Saunders, gent. of divers messuages, lands & c in St Warburgh als Hoe, co. Kent, late the lands of Sir Thos. Tresse, knt., father of the said Elianor and Sara - of all those lands called the Greene lands containing 65 ac. in Pevensey and Westham, co. Sussex, in the occupation of Geo. Dawes; with power of revocation Endorsed, 2 June, 1677, with Revocation of use in favour of Jeffery Amherst |
