Between HENRY GASH (signs Gasse) of Chichester, yeoman, and WILLIAM TRIGG of the same place, gent., of the one part and THOMAS BRIGGS of the same place, doctor of laws, and MARGARETT his wife, late called Margarett Thomas, widow, of the other part, to lead the use of a Fine of the manor of Catesfeild als Catisfeild als Broomeham als Bromeham Parkgate, and all messuages cottages, barns &c. lands &c. belonging, als a parcel of woodland and pasture land called the Creepe containing 40 ac. in Catesfeild and a messuage, barn and buildings in Ashbornham

 

Also lands, meadows &c. containing 120 ac. called Frickley als Frickly als Fricklles in Ashbornham

 

Also lands &c. called Allens containing 36 ac. and lands calld Hoads containing 22 ac. in Catesfeild

 

Also 4 pieces of land called Combeland and Little Marling containing 23 ac. in Nenfeild and Ashbornham abutting to the highway from Steven Crouch to Standard Hill, E

 

Also a messuage, barn, orchard &c. and crofts of land adjoining containing 1 ac. in Hanckham, Westham and Pevensey alias Pemsey between a tenement late of John Austen, E., late John Marday, W. and the highway between Pevensey and Ringmer, N. & a croft called St John Land, S

 

Also a messuage with barn &c. and 9 parcels of land containing 14 ac. called Wybornes in Hanckham and Westham, between lands of Miles Thomazine, gent., in the tenure of John Wenham, lands of Thos. Meeres in the tenure of Robt. Elliott and the highway from Hanckham towards Greenleigh in all parts

 

Also a messuage, barn &c. and a croft of land containing 1½ ac. abutting to the castle of Pevensey, E., the Hospital lands and lands late Peckhams, W., the highway from Eastborne to Pevensey, N. and land of Edw. Peake, S. To the use of the said Thos. Briggs and Margarett his wife
