Between WILLIAM ASHBURNHAM, SIR DENNY ASHBURNHAM, JOHN LAWRENCE of Cliffords inn, gent. and JOHN BRISCOE of St Martins in the Fields, co Middlesex, gent., consenting to the said John Briscoe, the Committee of George, Earl of Newport, Charles and Henry Blount, found to be idiots by enquiry, receiving certain annuities granted by Mountjoy, late Earl of Newport out of the Castle, lordship and manor of Fodringhay, co. Northants, and divers lands there, vested in John Ashburnham and William Legge by deed dated 12 Mar. 1662
