Dyke decd., to SAMUEL SWETMAN of Battell, blacksmith, of all such and soe much ground part or parcel of one field or parcel of her land belonging to her tenement or farm called Darvold Gate in Battell in the occupation of Edw. Cooper adjoining to the king's highway from Darvold Gate to Neitherfeild doune on the S., as lyeth next to the dwellinghouse of the said Samuel Swetman, containing 12 rods in length and 5 rods in breadth
