JOHN ASHBURNHAM of Ashburnham, esq., to ANTHONY NETHERCOTT of the same place, clerk, for his encouragement in supplying the cure of the Church there - of all that the parsonage or rectory of Ashburnham and all tithes &c. Term, 16 years, if the said Anthony should so long live and continue vicar of the said parish church of Ashburnham. The said Anthony Nethercott to pay to the Dean and Chapter of Christ Church, Canterbury, the annual rent payable to them therefor
