Between JOHN MOORE of Wartling, clerk, and ANNE his wife and GEORGE ELFRED of Hoo, gent., to lead the use of a Fine of the following

 

One toft and several pieces of land &c. called Gibidames als Gibbdams containing 23 ac. in the occupation of John Luxford gent., lying in Hoo, to the highway between Hoo vicarage house and Wartling church and other lands of the said John Moore, N., lands of the said Geo. Elfred called Millers and lands of Richd. Evelyn, esq., E. and N.E. and lands of Sir Walter Hendley, bart. and a lane leading to the said lands, S. and to the water lott or Common Sewer and lands of the said John Moore and Sir Walter Hendley, W

 

A piece of land called Nordens in Hoo in the occupation of the said Geo. Elfred containing 4 ac. bounding to a lane between the vicarage house of Hoo and the Court lodge of Hoo, E. and N. the highway between Hall Crosse in Hoo and Pevensey, W., lands of John Collins, N. and a piece of land belonging to the parish of Hoo, S.; which said toft and lands were then late purchased by the said Geo. Elfred of the said John Moore

 

Also of a toft and 5 pieces of land &c. (formerly 6 pieces) containing 22 ac. in Hoo in the occupation of the said Geo. Elfred boynding to the highway between Hoo Common and the Court lodge of Hoo, E., demesnes of the manor of Hoo and a lane between the premises and the churchyard of Hoo in Part, W., demesne lands of the said manor, S., lands of Nicholas Maynard called Tolletts als Tulleys, lands of Thomas James, gent., and land called the Church croft late parcel of Shurlocke, N.; the premises being lately purchased of the said Thomas Martin
