Between PETER LYSTON of London, marchant, son of Anna Mathewes who was daughter of Anna Regoot, widow decd., of the 1st part, RICHARD CONSTABLE, citizen and stationer of London, of the 2nd part and EDWARD SALLOWES, citizen and goldsmith of London, of the 3rd part, to lead the use of a Fine of a messuage and lands as follows

 

AAmessuage or tenement called Griggs with barns, stables yards &c. and lands called Upper Griggs field next the highway containing 2 ac. 11 rodds; Griggs field, 10 21 rodds; Hilly field, 2 ac. 20r.; Griggs Forestall, 3 ac. 23 r.; a field, 3 ac. 20 r.; do., 1 ac.; the house and Barnfield, 4 ac. 2 roods; a field with wood, 5 ac. 36 r.; all late in the tenure of John Ketchlow and then of Richard Relfe, in Dallington and Brightling

 

Also Lower Begland field, 4 ac. 6 r.; Upper Begland field, 8 ac. 1 r.; 3 fields of arable and pasture with wood, 17 ac.; Fox Earth field in Beggland, 4 ac.; Rock Pitt field, 10 ac.; land lately grubbed, 3½ ac.; Catts Upper Brookfield, 3 ac. 3 r.; Eastons field, 3 ac.; the Brick kill field, with shaw of wood, 12½ ac.; a field on the E. of last, 3½ ac.; Broomy wood adjoining the last, 1½ ac.; Holy field, with woodland, 5 ac.; all in the occupation of Richard Relfe, in Dallington and Brightling abutting N. on the highway from Dallington to Battell, lands late of the said Richard Relfe and then of Josias Barham, W. and N., lands late of Anthony May, gent called Hornden and Haselden woods, Upper Panningridge wood and Lower Panningredge wood, W. and S. and lands of the said Richd Relfe called Catts Lower brook and the Hilly field, S. and E., to a wood and 2 fields called Colliers Lodge field and Fords Hoppgarden field, N. and St Ridge Marle Pitfield and St Ridge Sandhole field and Castlefield, N. and E
