By Sir DENNY ASHBURNHAM of Broomham, bart., to ASHBURNHAM esq. - in consideration of the payment by the said John Ashburnham of two sums of £500 to Frederick Turvill and £500 to Frances Turvill and £1000 to Anne Ashburnham and a provision made for Elizabeth Ashburnham and Bertram and Charles Ashburnham, children of the said John Ashburnham, - of a lease for 99 years dated 5 June, 1650 and made between the said J.A. to Anthony Stapely of Patcham, esq., Herbert Morley of Glyne, esq., the said Sir Denny Ashburnham (then Denny Ashburnham esq.) and others of the manor of Ashburnham and divers other manors, lands &c. upon the trusts therein mentioned
