By JOHN BANISTER, THOMAS BANISTER, JAMES BANISTER and ELIZABETH TICEHURST, widow, (sons and daughter of James Banister late of Eastbourne, taylor, decd.) to THOMAS SCARLETT of London, gent. - in consideration of £260 - of their rights under two decrees of the Court of Chancery made in Michs. term, 1662 concerning legacies given by the Will of John Gyles late of Penhurst, clerk, dated July, 1654 to the said James Banister and his 4 children, to be raised out of the rents and profits of lands therein mentioned
