Surrey, bart. only son and heir of Sir Poynings More, bart. decd., MARY HENDLEY, spinster, daughter and heir apparent of the said Sir Walter, NICHOLAS MORE of Fetcham, co. Surrey, clerk, and ROBERT MORE of Holborn, co. Middlesex, esq., (the said Nicholas and Robert being uncles on the father's side to the said Sir William) of the 2nd part and ANTHONY SPRINGETT, JAMES GRESHAM and WILLIAM GLASCOCKE of the 3rd part - in consideration of an intended marriage between the said Sir William More and Mary Hendley - of the messuage, lands and premises described in Lease for a month of 20 Jan., 1663-4
