Between HENRY SHEATHER of Hoo, yeoman, and JANE his wifeof the 1st part, THOMAS WIGGE of Battell, yeoman, of the 2nd part, JOHN PURFEILD of Battell, gent., and EDWARD WELSH of Battell of the 3rd part and LAMBROOKE THOMAS of Pevensey, doctor in divinity and MARGARETT his wife of the 4th part, to lead the use of a Recovery of All that messuage or tenement called Conyes together with the closes, barn, kitchen, millhouse, tanneyard, garden, orchard and 13 pieces of land containing in the whole 46 ac. In Nendfeild and Hoo; the said messuage, close, barn and 9 pieces of land bounding to the highway from Nendfeild Stocks unto Hoo Church, S. and S.E., to land of the said Henry and Jane in right of the said Jane called Stollards, W. and S.W., to lands of (blank) Caldicott, gent., N., N.W. and N.E. and lands of Samuell Chester, E., the remaining 4 pieces bounding to the way from Nendfeild Stocks to Hoo Church, N. and N.W., to a lane from Nendfeild Stocks to Hoo Common, E. and S.E. and to Hoo Common, S. and S.W

 

Also all that messuage and 5 pieces of land called Stollards containing 14 ac. in Hoo, bounding to Hoo Common, S. and S.E., to a lane and lands of Jeremy Hart, W. and S.W. and to the said lands called Conyes, N., N.W., E. and N.E

 

Also 4 pieces of land called Combelands and little Marlings containing 23 ac. in Nendfeild and Ashburnham, bounding to the kings highway from Stephens Crouch to Standerd hill, E., land late of Simon Cooper, S. and W., lands late of John Ashburnham, esq., Richard Weekes and Thomas Mott, N. and E
