By John ASHBURNHAM, esq., DENNY ASHBURNHAM of Bromham, esq., and ELIZABETH ASHBURNHAM, widow and relict of (blank) AShburnham esq., to SIR THOMAS DYKE of Horeham in Waldron, knt., of all the following lands, tenements &c. in Herstmonceux, viz:- marshland, 6 ac.; marshland 7 ac.; marsh land 5 ac.; the Furlongs, marshland, 4 ac.; a piece adjoining, 11 ac. do. 7 ac.; do. 6 ac.; do 8 ac.; a piece next Pickfield, 7 ac., 2 pieces, 16 ac.; 3 ac. next Pickfield, 3 ac.; the Haven 4 ac.; the Lucyes, 12 ac.; next the Lucyes, 7 ac.; next the last, 8 ac.; next the last, 8 ac.; 5 ac.; the Bodgehope, 4 ac.; all in Sackvill Level and Bowly, containing 120 ac

 

Also the following in Hailsham, viz:- the Devenishes, marshland, 16 ac.; the Bedingehams, 4 ac.; Little Bedingeham, 2 ac.; a piece in which there are many moalehills, 2 ac.; the North-eeles, upland, 16 ac
