By JOHN LEVETT of Battell junr., only son of John Levett of Battell and late of Nendfeild, who was only son of John Levett late of Nendfeild decd., WILLIAM PARKS of Bexhill, husbandman, and ELIZABETH his wife, daughter of the said John Levett secondly mentioned, to JOHN LEVETT their father and THOMAS FULLER late of Cattesfeild and then of Nendfeild, yeoman - on payment of legacies of £50 and £12 respectively given by John Levett, to ANTHONY MAY of Ticehurst, gent., - in consideration of 5s. and a full and valuable consideration paid by Joane Gyles the wife of John Busbridge, esq., - of the manor of Haselden and other premises as before described
