Walker being other parcel of Hoads, E. and N. - of 1½ ac. (being eat grotton) part of a tenement called Heiroods in Ashburnham bounding to the high street from Henlies bridge to Ponts Green, E., land called Claies in the occupation of Stephen Bluett, N., a land, S. and land of the said Richard Walker, W.
